How long will it take to get my order?
Order turnaround depends on volume of orders. Online orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
At the beginning of each term, when volumes are high, this turnaround may take 2-4 business days from the time your order was placed until it was shipped or ready for pick-up. Allow for additional shipping time for your order if you selected the shipping option.
Throughout the process you will receive automated email communications that provide updates on your order.
Can someone else pick up my order?
Yes, someone else can pick-up your order on your behalf but you will need to provide their name in an email to email@example.com.
The person picking up the order will need a copy of your web order number, and also need to show their valid UNBC student card or government issued ID.
